Below is the complaint mail I have sent to bank fo addressing the unjustified amount of qtb charges for non-active account.

Dear Sir,
With regret and VERY MUCH disappointed I am write a letter to you in the hope may be you will do needful.
First, I am regular customer of your esteemed bank and I normally doing all day to day transactions through your bank such as RD account, Credit card, loan etc. I, you can check too, never failed to pay the any justify amount of your bank. Further, I plan to take the ICICI Prudential plan for me and my ward and also I was supposed to open the RD account. But, really now I am too much upset and frustrated your bank that I and my family have decided to not use your any product entire my life. This is incidence which is as eye-opener for me, hence I kind request to close my credit card. I have paid full amount today. One more EMI will come next month that too I will pay. This is the summary of my credit card today.

As, being loyal customer of your bank, I have requested to bank that I have two account of ICICI one in Chennai and another one in New Delhi, the Delhi account is not using by me and further it was not opened by me, I have several time requested to the bank please close this account but they are wai ting to put the some charges, hence they have not listening my request. This is the summary of the account yesterday for which I am talking.

Kindly let me know, whether I have a money tree in my home from where I can pluck the money and give to your bank. I am in Bangalore and it is really difficult to maintain the Delhi account. This simple logic bank has not able to understand. Hence, being frustrated and disappointed customer I can only say if still there is some goodness in your bank kindly reverse the amount. Hence, my relationship with bank not going to end.
THIS CHEENAI ACCOUNT I AM NOT ABLE TO CLOSE AS THIS IS THE CURRENT SALARY ACCOUNT. IF I CAN DEFINATELY I WILL.

Myself Naval Kishor Kukreti having two account of ICICI, the first no. xxx615, Shanthome Branch and another one is in New Delhi. The first is my current salary saving account and I am dealing all the transactions through that account. And for this Chennai account, I have no issue.
The later is New Friends Clooney Account given below which was opened by earlier employer in the year 2001 and I have resigned the job in 2005 and since then I am normally not using this account, but I have seen the balance is in the negative.

I have several times requested to close this account or put it on non-active, but my requested has been turn down. One time I had already paid Rs. 857.00 (approximate) as a QTB charges.
Now, with regret and disappointing, I want to say kindly reverse the amount so called QTB charges. As, this is really painful to see the one regular customer who always paid the regularly EMI’s of loan, credit card payment and keep the amount in you RD account, has been fined for the causes for which he had already requested several time you to close the account.
Being regular and faithful customer of your esteemed bank, now I am again requesting kindly do needful.
