HDFCBANK Detected amount from zero balance account Dear Sir,
I am Sabiha Khatoon customer of HDFC BANK I have a zero balance account in HDFC Bank Bangalore my account no : 12681160000340. On 15-jan-2012 RS 1654.50 has been detected. When call to bank customer care they are telling due to minimum amount not maintain charges applied and it can't be refund
I want to know what's mean zero balance account, Request kindly help me for this.
