Hi My Name is Jaiprakash Patel, Mobile no : 9167770710I was Using a Credit Card Around 2/3 Years Back and was Making all my Payments on time and didn’t had any Late Payments and had a Good Record and History with all the Banks and My Salary Account is With ICICI, and My Credit Card was Linked with My Account, Someone Made a BPL Mobile Payment of Rs 3000 /- Using My Credit Card and I Don’t know how that Happened as I Never shared My Details with Anyone in My Life, I Closed My Credit Card Account Immediately and I Called the Customer Service Immediately as soon as I Received the SMS for a Swipe of Rs 3000 /- at that time and explained them the Matter and Your Guy told me that they can still do a Stop Payment in 7 Days and I Just had to do a Fax on a Number with the Complain and I did the same and was waiting for the Reply and didn’t get Any Reply and In return I Kept Receiving Calls From ICICI Bank Asking me For the Payment and Kept Explaining All of them the Case But No one Helped and The Agents Kept Saying that the Dispute that I Filed Came with a Result in Banks Favor and I will Have to Make the Payment and Which was a Lie as I Know these Guys Never Did Any Investigation and Even I was not Told what have these guys Did About it and Just Kept Telling me that It came in Banks Favor, I need to Know what Investigation that they did, I Never Used that Money and I want the Complete Details about the Investigation that They Say that they have done, and that Rs 3000 /- Became Rs 12000 in Few Months after Adding the Interest Charges, But I Was Still waiting for ICICI Bank to Give me the Justice but they Blocked My Salary Account and were Not Allowing me to Use the Account and All My Money was Stuck in the Account and they Forced me to Pay that 12000 Rs as were Not Allowing me to make any Transaction and I did the same to be Professional and Maintain my Reputation but till the time these Guys Updated a Negative Marking on My CIBIL Score and I was told by one of your Reps that it will be Reverted in some time as I have made the Full Payment. Wherein I have Not Enjoyed that 12000 Rs and I Called ICICI Customer Service Number More than 20times the Reps they Keep Telling me that they will connect my Call to Right Dept and they Disconnect My Call and In fact I Went to ICICI Bank Branch But the Lady Said she cannot help me I will still have to Call Customer Service Or Go to Andheri Branch, Then Why the Hell Are they Sitting there For ?? Now My CIBIL Score is Also Affected Badly as I am Unable to Apply for Any Credit Card and Loans and So I Need the 12000 that I Paid and the Complete Investigation that they did Or Definitely I will Contact Consumer Court and Every Media Possible
