I have complaint against punjab national bank Nagercoil branch branch code 4387 kanyakumari dist.
This nagercoil bank Manager not performing good with customers,If we need any details to open a new account or any other needs he wont bother about anything,and if we need to see him he make us to wait for a long time and after that he ask us to come next day,and the next day he repeating the same.i having account in this bank and i need to apply for the Education loan,I asked him many times but he not responding me.i had collected all the certificates which the bank manager asked,but after that he never asking anything about that,whenever I go to that bank,he simply asking me to come after one month,please note this and help us
