I holds an savings account with ICICI bank at R.T. Nagar branch(Bangalore, Karnataka). Last month I was in need for 6months bank statement for the purpose of travel to abroad. I requested the statement through net banking and I got it on time. But as per Visa processing guidelines bank seal was required on the statement. So I went to ICIC bank R.T. Nagar branch to get statement sealed. The lady sitting at the branch help desk asked about my concern.
I gave my bank statement which I got same day morning through courrier from ICICI bank for gettting sealed. But she told "She can't give seal on that statement because she have to compare the transaction with their records which will take time(comparging hardly 12 lines) so I have to go for duplicate statement which will cost 110 Rs/-, I requested again showing only 12 lines of transaction in my statement but she rejected. Because of my emergency finally I agreed to go ahead and print duplicate statement. I lost Rs. 110/- (That amount may be negligible for that lady but for a ordinary man It is the out come of half a day work.)
This is not at all good. These people have to understand the value of money and different types of customers of ICICI bank. If they are not ready to serve for customers let them resign and sit at home.....
I am doing banking with 5 banks(Kotak, Standard Chartred, HDFC, SBI & ICICI) among these ICIC seems to be the worst one. Surely...

Jan 16th I got two calls from ICICI bank R.T.Nager branch regarding this complaint, The lady who called first(Name/Designation was not revealed) was justifying thier end saying It will be a problem of delay for other customers If they go for a comparision and blah... blah.. I told not waste my time in addition to money already wasted and disconnected the call.
Later on same day I got another call from same branch(Asst. manager) and asked to explain my concern, And she was very patient and asked each and every step happened at branch at my visit(time/what helpdesk people told) etc. And told me that told me the money will be reversed.
Today I checked my account and found money is deposited back to my account... Thanks... Thanks a lot.
