Dear Sir,
I am Banshidhar Mallick, having a standard chartered bank account (52211808853). On last 9th of November bank deducted my ECS money Rs. 3062.00 and not deposited in my LIC poliy.

After so many reminder/mails, they told me that the amount is deposited in your policy please check LIC. When i checked with LIC they told me that there is no money received in your policy.

After 4-5 mails and phones, bank again credited the amount in my account on 26th of December.

Almost 2 months they took my money and never deposited in the LIC as a result my LIC policy was defaulter till 26th of December. If anything happended to me during this period then who would be the responsible as LIC can deny to pay the risk amount to my family because of the defaulter (monthly emi).
Also, due to this mis happen LIC took 150 rupees as fine and Bank deducted also Rs. 440.00.

My policy is 7.5 Lacks and need the full amount compensation as i was under risk for the whole month and also wasted lots of time and money in complaint and fine.

Sir/Madam, please consider this case as genuine and ask Bank to provide me the comensation.

I have every documents with me.
