Dear Sirs,

I am having a salary saving account in HDFC Bank under account no. 07941140086119 in
Hinjewadi Pune Maharashtra.
I was trying to use my debit card for an online bill payments when i got that its not working.
I thought to login by internet banking and check the balance where i found the whole balance of my HDFC account is on kept on hold and i am unable to use a single rupee.
I called up customer care to check the isse and they said its kept on hold by the credit card department & i need to contact them.
This account was not linked with and other account as it was created by my company for salary deposite.

I would like to mention that 1 year back my husband spoke to HDFC and i was ready to pay whole 1 Lakh 20 thousand rupees, it has to be paid in installament and bank representative use to come and collect the money. 1 paid 1 lakh 10 thousand rupees and then for the last installment that guy didnt came and as i was very ill at that period me and my family couldnt pay much attention and thought its their fault and they will turn up later.

Now after one year suddenly a recovery guy started calling me on my mobile and started abusing he also started calling to my office reception and to my extension and abused everyone who ever picked up the call. he also called up my manager and spoke to him in same way. He warned me to now i be ready to lose my job.

I was totally harrased and tired with the way this person was treating he was calling continuosly on my phones without any gap. My office reception women was crying and saying that we are not here to bear all these abuses.

I got very angry and i stopped answering his phone calls. I spoke to our company relationship manager from HDFC Mr. Tamojeet tog help me in this. he arranged a call for me but they were asking me to pay 45000/-. and i said im not going to make any more money as interest as it was not my fault. but now i can see calls are stopped my my bank account is seezed.

I am having a few month old baby and i cant run for this as after my office i get very less time to care of my baby and home.

I ams having no money in my hand as my account is blocked and it was not even linked still its been seezed.

Please help me in this as im very tired and harrased by these people now.

I have been suffering for last 1 year & it’s a mental torture what these people are
doing to me. I am in very much stressed & unable to focus on my work as well as anything in personal life as
everything is disturbed due to their maltreatment.

They are simply giving me mental agony & harassment.
