My mother is customer in vijaya bank with acc. Number 602201010008469. I performed a transaction in sbi bank atm with my mother's vijaya bank atm card, then in first process i entered 10,000 and got 10,000 and in 2nd time i got an error code 072 and third time i again entered 10,000 and got 10,000 again. At fourth transation the machine showed the response code 063 (withdrawl limit reached). After the transactions i rechecked the slips and i was shocked to see that,that machine had deducted 30,000 but i withdrawl only 20,000.
in first transaction the balace was 3,09,204 , in 2nd transaction it showed a error code 072 and in third transaction the balance was 2,89,204 in place of 2,99,204. So, why this extra 10,000 is debited . Kindly help me in this matter.
And kindly guide me and contact to concern the authorities...
