I Md Qamar Alam S/o Md Zafar Alam R/O T 86, Sarai Kale Khan. I am holding account in Kotak Mahindra Bank from Nov’06 and My CRN is 11960729. I have sent several mails to Kotak bank, but i haven't got any revert from them. This is regarding that I have got a SMS from KOTAK bank on 1^st Dec’11 regarding ATM transaction of Rs. 2000/- from Punjab National Bank at Patna @ 10:33 AM While Debit card with me, however when I have got sms then I called KOTAK bank customer care for logging a complaint and blocked my debit card, they told me for wait one week. After one week I am not aware about that transaction and haven’t received that amount.

Sir Kindly take necessary action and help to take my money back, I will be grateful for you
