Hi All

I have taken a home loan (Loan account number LBDEL00001346655) from ICICI bank in year 2006, I have been paying regular installments. 1st FEB '11 the bank charged Rs 500 more. as interest.

I have visited the home finance branch and also called customer service but no luck.

After all I wrote an email to the bank. for few days they acted as if they will be able to help me. but later on I realised they are just giving me some new dates.

This is going on for quite few days. and I am fed up. this is not a matter of Rs 500. but the bank is not taking care of the account holders.
