    Angry complaint against sbi

    dear sir
    i have a some complaint against sbi, specially "siddarth extension branch, branch code 60360" here i deposite 10000 rupees on 12th of nov 2011, but till not it is not credited in my account, when i went to the bank ans ask why it is, they didnt take me seriously and told me only that i have to wait till saturday that is 19 of nov, i dont know what is going on in this branch, and another thing, last month when i went to this branch to make dd for my friend they told me that i have to open an account first only then i can make dd, but when i went to the other branch they didnt say anything all i have to do is wait few hour, ont only this, this branch they dont allow to deposit cash for other branch, so the only option left for us is to transfer money through eko counter, whish is also open by sbi only for their benefit not for the the consumer, when we transfer money through eko, they charge rs 25 per transection for every 1000 rs, if we have to deposite 5000 then we have to pay 100 rs extra as transection charge all i have to say is why whould we pay extra charge while depositing money in our own account. so i please request you to take some action against SBI

    SBI of Dharmanagar Branch sanction my car loan in the month of December. But it is the matter of wonder taht till today my loan not despatched from the advanced section. Take adequate steps.

    Default federal bank gandhi nagar branch bellary

    Hi, have account in federal bank gandhi nagar branch bellary(karnataka)... I have opened student account but they charged 350 for minimum balance but for student account 0 balance also maintain as per rule... I asked in bank they said we will refund but still not refunded... This bank frauding to customers... Plz mail me consumer court number to my mail... kp4all@ibibo.com

    Default No Printer working in SBI Marathalli last 1 week

    Default problem in open a new saving account

    Dear Sir,Through this letter I would like to draw your kind attention towards an illegal condition apply to open a new saving account by the Branch manager. I noticed the incident on 12/03/2012, while I was going to open a saving account. I found that Branch Manager not permit starting balance below than 500/- Rs for saving account. I read the new policy of sbi bank that the starting opening balance for saving account is 50/- Rs. I also talk about this to branch manager . But he misbehave with me.     Default Mr.C. Lakshminarayanan - Non payment of DA Arrears

    I am a pensioner retired from KVS. My pension is drawn through SBI, Mylapore branch (Code 00965). My DA arrears effective from January, 2012 has still not been credited to my Pension Ac. No. 10620889931, though other pensioners got the same a month ago. Personal appeals several times to the Bank Manager and email requests to the CPPC, grievance cell, helpline, LHO, DGM Customer Care - all have proved utterly futile. After several attempts only one can get some one on the phone at CPPC, but the usually stock reply is "We will look into it", but just nothing happens. This is the SECOND time I am facing this problem because in the last revision of DA six months ago also I could get my arrears paid only a month later after several appeals. Why is SBI harassing me this way?

    Default Account banned for uncleared transaction

    Hi,

    I did transaction using State bank ATM card in HDFC ATM on 02/04/2012 Rs. 10000/-, but transaction was declined and I didn't get receipt.

    The bank has banes my account, and asked me to deposit Rs. 1000/- to settle the uncleared transaction.

    I issued letter to bank to investigate the failed transaction dated 28/05/2012 and also issued reminder letter dated 09/06/2012, but i don't get any response from bank.

    Kindly look in to this

    Default Transfer of Cheque in My Account

    Sir/Madam

    I submit a cheque no. 855546 dt. 19-07-2012 on the name of Sonika Sharma payable at Dasuya took in the box at Hoshiarpur on 01-08-2012. On 29-08-2012 my friend go there in the bank. Madam saw him that cheque and say it will be transfer to account on afternoon. But it not be done. Please help me. My contact no is 9417477178.

    Default Irresponsible behavior and customer service in SBI, SME, SALT LAKE, Kolkata

    I have never seen this type of behavior and customer service in any other SBI branches as in the following branch.

    I have visited the bank 5-6 times for simply opening an account. But every time the person responsible for doing that makes an excuse and more importantly doesn't even tell clearly when I should go. He made me wait 40 minutes for this simple job n still didn't do it. It is a highly irresponsible behavior and some strict actions should be taken against this. If more work force is required then SBI should hire new employees. But being India's largest bank (more over, being a Govt. bank), it should take care of its reputation.
