I paid my credit card bill through SBI Visa Money Transfer through ATM. Instead the amount being credit to the Beneficiary Account was lying in SBI and when i made a complaint it was sent back to me after 20 days. But due to this Credit Card company has charged me a huge fine and revloving charge. The amount was meagre i.e. of Rs 6770.54 but the charge i paid extra is Rs 1150. Now I want to claim that amount from SBI because there was no fault of mine and the amount was transferred well in advance that is some 8-10 days prior to my credit card billing schedule.
