Default ICICI Bank Charges a Fraud on the Customers...

I am shocked at the way ICICI Bank is fleecing its customers by its arbitary Bank charges. At Most ATMs it does not allow withdrawls beyond Rs.4,000/- and if you need more than 12000 you have to make 4
withdrawls which means additional 100 rupees as bank charges. Besides it arbitarily debited 1000 as debit charges witin 24 hours for keeping balance of less than 5000 rupees. Can someone help me
    bring ICICI to the law...????

All Banking employees in PSU are inefficient . Since they have been working in PSU [govt.] banks , they still dont want reforms, want to give loans on "bribes" , want longer customer queues, go for tea while the customer sweats out, work from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm ,
Never want to learn computers/systems as they dont understand a keyboard or a mouse, etc, etc.

The list is long . In fact , all members MUST target govt employees and banking employees of SBI, Indian Bank, etc. Make sure they suffer and suffer long ...these are the people who blocked everything ....

In fact now that reforms and privatization is fully in place , its time , we as consumers taught a LESSON to these "scumbags" of socialist era .

These people amassed lot of wealth by "controlling" the general population.

Here's how we can target PSU employees , especially SBI employees :-
1] IF u r a manager in aPVT firm, make sure that new employees are hired
ONLY if their parents are from PVT firms .
If u find a candidate who's parents are from PSU sector DO NOT HIRE.
And make sure that he KNOWS ABOUT IT.

Because if father worked for 4 hours , 11:00 am to 3:00pm , the son/daughter must be
expecting the same . remember kids learn from their parents first before school/college.

2] PVT banks, insurance cos, etc also MUST target PSU employees .
In fact, technology in PVT sector can help. Make sure , that a propoganada
war is launched against PSU . If u r hiring PSU bank manager , make sure he SLOGS out from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm , just like ICICI customer care.

3] Lot of VRS is PSU [ SBI, LIC, Indian Bank]. These scumbags are given 8-10lacs
for "getting out" of PSU !!! they are making money even after leading an efficient
    and unproductive life ....

These types are getting job in insurance , so make sure they run around for more
    customers after "office hours" .

4] IF U R AN PVT OWNER , go ahead and put up a sign outside ur office :-

NO "inefficient" PSU worker [ and his relaitves ] allowed ....

The above ,are very harsh, focussed steps BUT we must make sure that a public sector employee's son becomes efficient and slogs ....
I have observed thats sons and daughters of PSU bank managers ARE ARROGANT , LAZY AND INEFFICIENT because thats the way their parents worked [ not the kids fault] ...

FWD this email to every victim of PSU inefficiency ...

    regards.

I think the person wanted to know whether he can file complaint against ICICI bank or not, if Yes then where he can..?

But people here are discussing and comparing about quality and disquality of Banks. I also suffered with such stupidity with private sector bank.
The person like me and the person who post his issues regarding ICICI matter might know the quality and disquality of PSU and Private sectors. What else he suffered the loss..? that is for sure he is not going to continue with ICICI.

If this mailing list is place of such a discussion (e.g. comparison of PSU and Private Sector) then there is no matter to subscribe, instead of usefull it is spam collections.

I agree with you. They work only in a system where there is a mechanism of which businesses are accountable to and are worried about.
For an individual, best and most efficient and effective option is to get around ,get out and find something better after exercising due caution, ask questions ,reda the fine prints and save yourself from traps .Bets is to keep the things simple ,stupidly simple for peace of mind and have a hastle free life.

I simply suggest u "Bach kai rehena re baba....." They are like a vishkanya, looking beautiful but dangerous to use. Whenever customer are in fault they talk in term of money and when they are on fault simply say " Soory".

I would have had tens of thousands of transactions with SBI,Canara Bank, Bank of Baroda and Indian Overseas Bank. My children do part of their banking with the private sector Banks. My first Bank account with a foreign Bank was with American Express way back in 1961.

I have not even given, neither have I have been asked for, any bribe to any of these banks. That does not mean that they are corruption free.

Some people see disaster in everything and some see rays of hope - that is left to the individuals concerned. The public sector banks are showing signs of improvement.
And they are national wealth as on today.

I am aware that all public institutions breed corruption but if on that account we discard them, it will finallly end up as a national waste much more than the compounded corruption.

Whenever I go to the banks or other government offices, I become friendly with the people and start discussing about the corruption. I also tell them that if they indulge in corruption, surely their offsprings would come to know about the insincerity and unfaithfulness of their parents, though they may not express, and they would not have any inhibition to indulge in corrupt practices even from the school days. The employees/officers, being also parents, invariably listened to me and not even once given a back reply.

During the emergency period, late Sanjay Gandhi and his cronies visted Tees HazarI Court where I along with my wife had gone for some other purpose. He saw an old man sitting and brooding with pain. When asked what was his problem, he told that he has been coming for his pension for three-four days - and this happens every month. He talked to the treasurer and immediately the payment was made. He then turned to the old man and told 'uncle, from now on wards you do not have to come to the treasury for your pension. You will get through the Bank'.

This has been the reason for such long queues by the elderly retired people in the Banks.
