Dear Sir,

This is Bikash Mukherjee from Jalpaiguri, W.B.

My father have an account in Jalpaiguri Peoples cooperative Bank from the last 10
years.
He have approx Rs. 20000/- in his account. But our problem is that bank is not
permitting my father to withdraw his money.
With regard that problem bank is giving excuse that they are not permitting to
anybody to withdraw more than 500/ because they dont have
money and bank invest his money to give loan.
This is not only for us. All the investors are suffering that problem and could not
getting their own money for use.

With regards this problem I am seeking your help to recover our money back.
