    Dear Sir/Madam

    Good Morning

    I am your customer of saving account (*01161000223257)* somebody came to me
    and said sir pls open the saving account with HDFC Bank and bank will give
    you credit card with in 18 days and this scheme is only this month (may) and
    he opened my account and take chq from me 10200 and after that nothing is
    doing like that i am waiting for that nobody is come to me *this account is
    open in may but nobody is come to me for credit card pls take action like
    this person who is wrong commitment to cm and i want to closed my account as
    soon as possible pls dont take any charges for closed the account because
    this account is opened by wrong commitment. now i dnt want to open credit or
    not account with ur bank .pls do the needful.*

    Dear Sir,

    (Sub : Charges debited towards service charges for non-maintaining sufficient balance in Savings Account No : 00141050008935, Cust ID : 1302689)

    This is to bring to your kind notice that you have debited a sum of Rs.827.25 on 09-07-09 citing that I have not maintained adequate balance in my subject savings account.

    Please note that I also had a fixed deposit a/c with you (Ref Account No : 2824470013044) where there was a clear balance of Rs.8016.56. Since both the accounts were interlinked and also had a sweep in facility attached to it, your claim of non maintenance of sufficient balance in my savings account does not arise.

    The subject account was a corporate salary account opened by my previous employer in the year 1999 and since then I was having banking relations with you and had number of fixed deposits in your bank. I was compelled to close this account only on 27-08-2009 since I was unsatisfied with the service rendered by you.

    In view of the above you are requested to arrange to pay me Rs.827.27 which has been wrongly deducted from my savings account on account of non-maintenance of sufficient quarterly balance which is totally unjustified.

    Your immediate action in this regard is solicited else I have to move to higher authority for proper justice.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am an HDFC Bank customer. My account details are as follows:

    NAME: PUSHPA
    Acc No.: 03311050009219
    ATM No.: 4386249602257239

    Branch: HDFC Bank, SHALIMAR BAGH NEW DELHI (BRANCH NO-0331)


    On 19TH Oct, 2009 I was trying to withdraw a sum of Rs.5300/- by HDFC ATM
    (Sector 62, Noida). I had tried the transaction but the ATMs dispensed
    Rs.1300 Only and Rs.5300 amount had been deducted from my account. I mean a
    discrepancy of Rs 4000/- was there and Rs 4000 had been deducted without
    dispensing the cash and which is still in dispute. For the same I have
    lodged a complaint on customer care of HDFC the complaint number is "
    DEL-134423".Initially they told me to respond in 48 hours but still I am
    waiting for the solution.

    Please help me.

    within 12 days they have to sort out your problem if they do not they have to pay a penal interest of 2.5% per month to you if complaint to their head office and also to banking ombudsman

    Default Non activation of A/C and Loss of cheque, Saving A/Cs 00501000179533 (JN DINAKAR),

    Dear sir, One gentle lady approched from HDFC bank to me for opening a saving account. Latter she could convince me to open a family account consisting of four members of my family. One Mr S. Ashok from the same bank (HDFC Bank Dwarka Nagar Visakhapatnam) was also helping the lady as a team leader. Somehow, I came in their clutches and a block of 4 acconts were oppened by us, around 03 months back. We were residing in a rented house and our Ration card had the old house address. The both reps of the banks assured me that there would not be any problems and the address will be changed after opening the accounts and finally a Block Accouts were opened by us.

    Latter we got welcome kits comprising of International Debit cards, Cheque books, phone banking /Net banking codes. The change of address has also been made, but our ACCOUNT are YET TO BE ACTIVATED even after meeting the bank officials Including the branch Manager of the said banks personally on 04 occassions. Each Time they say that it would be activated tommorrow but TOMMOROW NEVER COMES for these bank officials. Probably they do not relise the dificulties of the customers. I, Most strongly complain against these bank officials who have CONFISCATED my Rs. 40,000.00 ilegally. My wife and Daughter Accounts (ACOUNT Nos. 00501000179457 and 00501000179440 respectively) are also not activated so far.However my son account (00501000179430)has been activated. I request the top officials of HDFC banks to look into the matters on priority basis and also take appropriate action against these officials for ILEGALLY CONFISCATION of amounts of a customer. Now we are not interested in continuing our accounts in this Branch of your Bank.
    FURTHERMORE, a cheque deposited by ANGEL BROKING for Rs25000.00 in my wife accounts is found missing and not informed to us till I visited the branch and met Manager, after about 20 days. I Am sure this act of the Bankers are enough to show their callous attitude towards bonafied cusomers.
