I am Purveesh Sethi S/O Mr. Ramesh Sethi. A Resident of Ajmer rajasthan . I run a Pharmaceutical Business outside JLN Medical College Ajmer.
Sir, The Point Why i am writing this complaint is because of repeatedly violent behaviour by a Bank Manager of UCO Bank , Station Road Branch, Ajmer (Rajasthan).
I hold a CC Account in the bank from last many years and has availed Credit Limit of Rs 2300000 (23 Lakh) against my House as a collateral Security for the same.
Every Month we have to give the bank the monthly interest and i am giving that for soo many years without Defaulter.
Now due to some Family Concernes we were not prompt for the last 2-3 months due to my Father's Health as he met with some accident.
The Bank Manager Mr S.L Baheti has been continously harassing my shop staff who go daily to deposit money and treats them like a Slave. My staff has been continuing reporting me the Problem from Last 2 years but i ve been avoiding it anyhow.
The Manager has now said us to deposit Rs 2000 Daily extra of the total cheque amounts required.
And we have been doing that but some day back i got a cheque in my account and as routeine i sended my staff to deposit Money of the total amount required to Clear my Cheques. The manager did not Cleared my Cheque Instead he took Rs 2000 for interest account and dishonoured one of my cheques.
Yesterday I myself Went to the Branch and Thought of talking to the Manager but
he is such a Violent man that he started abusing me and my family, saying Obnoxious Words and shouting.
I asked for my statement and he said he wont give it and stated some bad words about my family and said that he will come and hit my father in our shop and said this is my personal Bank and no one can do anything. He said "Teri koi aukaad nahi hai , tere baap ko aur terko teri shop se utarkar marenge " and said some typically hindi abuse.
I ve been very old customer of the branch and dont expect such behaviour.
He blocked my ATM Card of no reason. We asked for internet banking form then he said you r not eligible to use the facility. I dont understand who is he to say like that as bank is offering internet banking to their customers.
He Reveals my account information to outsiders and do favour of his clients by clearing cheques of his choice and returning the ones which he want to.
This has been a continue practise of him for last 2-3 Years and i ve been avoiding it but yesterday was a blunder he made he shouted and said abusive words to me . He has given us the facility of depositing money till 5 PM and he said kisi ka baap bhi tum jaise choro ko itni facility nahi dega aur mein de raha huh. He said he owe Rs 1 Lakh from my father and when asked was sppechless.
He is continously exploiting us in every manner Possible and yesterday tried to physical handle me.
I as a citizen of India complaints for the above stated matter and will take this matter to higher Authorities if appropriate action is not taken and will close my account there and will move to court . This is quite Unethical and unprofessional.

I lost my 10, 000/- (ten thousand rupees) on 31.05.2009 at 20:19 approx for the wrong on bad tranjection. I used Bank of India A.T.M. but my A.T.M. card was the UCO Bank card so, that day I tried to withdrawl 5000/- (five thousand rupees) but I can't geted money but tranjection shown at my account balance and also the same condition at the same time. I tried to withdrawl 5000/- (five thousand rupees) but then i can't geted. So the total withdrawl money will be 10, 000/- (ten thousand rupees).
For this I complain UCO Bank branch Manager Kailash Bihari Choubey, Gorhatta chowk Bhagalpur (Bihar) at 02.06.2009. But there is no response for my A.T.M.problem.

I lost my 2000/- (two thousand rupees) on 18.02.2010 at 11:19am approx for the wrong or bad transaction. I used PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK A.T.M. but my A.T.M. card was the UCO Bank card so, that day I tried to withdrawal 2000/- (two thousand rupees) but I can't get money but transaction shown at my account balance and also the same condition at the same time. I tried he next time and it was successful. But instead of 2000/- there is a deduction of 4000/- from my account. so kindly discus the matter and return the extra deducted money(2000/-).
For this I complain UCO Bank BALASORE BRANCH, (ORISSA) at 23.02.2010. But there is no response for my A.T.M.problem.

mera a/c aap ki branch may jab se khuli hai tab se tha kintu aaj ki date may mane mera CC a/c band kara dia hay kuki branch manegar duara mere sath CC a/c may galat bhawna se sabhi banking working may rukawat dal kar mere ko pareshan karne lage mera busines automobile ka hay aur aap ki branch may mari fix diposit bhi hay paruntu bank manegar duara har kam ki paise mange jate hay mere patni ka CC a/c hamara pump ke name se tha jise bhi maine band kara diya hay kunki manegar sahab ka kahana ha ke bank may nahi aaoge nahi to polise may sc/st ka case laga donga may maere dono a/c may hajaro rupee salana deta tha par kisi ne bhi mari sunwai nahi kari

i am bikram kumar shah being a a/c holder since 4 years.today i have headed for a education loan for my mba cource which is aicte approoved.it is really a very sad note,the branch manager at bolpur birbhum (wb) is totaly unaware of the fact of management education.when i had tried to educate him he is totaly uninterested.and above all he asked me to seek help from any other bank.if i do go for any other banks help then why should i make transactions with you.you people need to be more serious when recruit for managerial post.might he hamper your business or he can damage someones future.please take a serious attention

I am kundan singh meen i have neaded for a eduction loon for my B.tach course my salction in gov collage bikaner rpet cousling.12th marks67% and 10th 79%.
Tha branch manager sikar(raj) bad behavior He asked me to seek help form any other bank.
