    Post complaint for withdrawal of money by A.T.M

    DEAR Sir,
    I have a saving account in HDFC bank holding account no 910010032847472.on 4th feb someone withdraw Rs.5500 from my account by A.T.M. i contacted to HDFC bank in this matter.HDFC bank provided me the following information about withdrawal of money.
    BANK NAME:- ICICI BANK

    ATM ID:- S1CN2843

    LOCATION:- ICICI Bank ATM, G-3, MLU, Plot #11, Sector 6, Dwarka, New Delhi
    sir i need your support in this matter. sir you are requested to provide me video clips of that transaction. i hope you will support me in this matter.

    Dear sir,
    I have a saving account in your bank holding account no 910010032847472. The bank had provided me A.T.M facility also.On 4th feb 2010 someone withdraw Rs 10000 from my account by A.T.M.I have complaint many times in this matter.But you are taking it seariously.I want to Know the proper location and Video clips of that transaction from where it was made. You are requested you to help me in this matter. I hope you will co-operate me this time.

    I HAD CURRENT A/C IN NASIK 00270500271,THROUGH BORIVALI BRANCH A/C WAS INSTRUCTED TO BE CLOSED.NASIK BRANCH DID NOT CLOSE AND WENT ON DEBITING MY A/C.what should be done????????

    This charge is never supported by Reserve bank of india policy and i am beeing charged for this. Tell me waht to do?

    Resp sir
    i own a debit card of your bank for ma salary account..but 1 month b4 i was happnd to 4get it in the nearest atm.fortunately the bank has returned it to me,but it was deactivated considering safety measures.since den i am wandering in your bank as ma signature is not matching with hte details which i had furnished..pls sir do necessary and lead me ...i am at abankrupt now...i cudnt withdraw a single penny from my last months salary....

    We had approached the Branch but they advised us to get in touch with you, so please be kind enough to give us the details for which the amount has been debited, and we would like to inform you that we were not informed about any such charges.

    Hi Friends ,

    Really ICICI Banking is very Headache process and they are worlds no1 Fraud bank . We cant do any thing againast as Frauds are always stronger then normal people they know each and every way to escape. Only one solution is to close ICICI Bank Accounts . and better to go for any Govt Banks even if govt banks process is little bit slow but you can save your money and low interest @ Loans. Already im seeing hell with this ICICI Bank. Friends Lets start a Web site with ICICI Complaints . so atleast remaining people will be safe . lets save our india from icici bank .

    i was contacted by ms Hema singh mobile no. 9911060705- fo a policy called life assured she mentioned the following benefits-

    i will get 20% cash back
    free medical policy for the year

    the same was not paid to me even after 4 months passed. i received the Policy Number 12872142. after receipt of policy and within 4 days the icici people call me and confirmed what the questions raised as confirmed by the broker hema is correct but now they are stating what their broker say was wrong
    but on other hand the broker -
    whenever i called her she replies that she has already sent a mail to the co. and i will get in week time.
    now meanwhile i receive a mail from co. that we have given 15 days time to return the policy if not cleared.
    i want to inform thru you i am receiving continueos calls and no reply from them on above points and time past.

    now they stating it is not possible to return
    i am requesting all who are going to purchase the policy must get in writing from the co. like ICICI.

    Default ICICI Saving account closing form

    Hi ICICI

    I tried endlessly to find an account closing form on your website. I sent an email through my account and the account manager said that I have to personally go and collect the form at the bank and submit it there.

    I have a simple question :
    Why do you make it SO EASY to open a new account in your bank. And why do you make it CUMBERSOME to close an account ?

    If you can provide a form to download, I can fill it at my leisure and submit it quickly at your branch (or even maybe send it by registered post / courier). Or why dont you send your customer service rep. to collect this form from us when you can send one to open an account.

    Dont you think that this is not a Fair Policy on your part when you boast of "exceptional" customer service in your TV Ads ... These are the "chotti baatein" you need to understand dear ICICI ...

    I hope you have some response for my concerns !!

    Thumbs down ICICI Bank and Credit Card Department

    Dear Sir,

    I would like to inform you that I was having ICICI bank account in delhi and also have a credit card issued to me against the same account.

    On 1st Oct 2009, I requested ICICI to send their executive to me as I want to surrender the credit card. Till 24th nobody came to my door. So on 25th I personally returned back the card to ICICI alongwith request letter. Till date these people has not acknowledge the receipt of the same to me.

    I was chasing these people for full and final settlement but no actions were initiated by ICICI. Now all of a sudden an amount of Rs. 6200/- has been deducted from my account without any advance notice to me and without any transaction against the same.

    Now since, I am not using the card from more than 6 months, I have regalarly been receiving sms from ICICI regarding balance payment against my credit card which is not correct as the credit card has to be deactivated by ICICI.

    Please advice.

    Default QAB charges deduction

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have been using ICICI savings account at Guntur branch. My account has deducted two times of Rs 827/- as QAB charges from October 2009 to Mar 2010. Bank has never informed the increase of Quarterly available balance (QAB)from Rs.5000 to Rs.10000/- in any form (e-mail, phone call, intimation letter). I am thinking to close my account and open in another reliable bank.

    Default Icici net banking fraud

    Hi

    My name is Asha from chennai, Recently some one had misused my funds through ICICI Net banking,
    when I called the ICICI customer care they are helpless also the approach or response from them
    is not appreciable. Even though I hold an corporate account and I use to login only from my
    company's secure website some one had misused my net banking account , So I wanna to make people
    aware about ICICI net banking facility is not much secured and it needs to be improved but the bank
    is not much worried about customers security. when I launched a complaint in cyber crime they found
    that its some one from nigeria used my account and made transactions its mainly bcoz of ICICI banks
    poor service and also there were so many complaints on this banks net banking.

    Default car loan discharge certificate

    Dear Sir

    I took a loan for my car before three years and i paid the entire amount on due dates
    Stll they have not issued the certficare after making the payment

    The loan taken from Icici bank Santhome branch
