To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, you will have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Axis Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Keep a copy of that letter with you so that if the Bank fails to give you any solution, you can forward your complaint to the Banking Ombudsman.
