Hi,
I am Sameer Kumar kurrey.I had a salary account with HDFC bank. They have hold my
salary of December month saying that employer has requested to hold this even after
that was credited in my account. It is showing in my account but it is not available
for withdrawal. It has been 7 months and there is no action initiated by neither
bank nor my employer. Bank is also giving interest in this amount. I am very much
troubled. kindly suggest what action should I take for this. This is totally
unethical, how bank can hold the money that is already credited in my account
without giving any notice. There has been no satisfactory response from my employer
and bank when I tried to contact them many times. Now I work with different
employer.
