SBI Bhopal Respected Sir,
I wish to brought to your notice that vide cheques no. '465871' and '564646' dated
11/05/09 drawn on SBI Bhopal, I have purchased eureka forbes wet and dry vaccum
purifier worth 9900/- and one classic water purifier 7600/-(approx)on 11/05/2009 at
Bhopal.
To my displeasure i wish to brought to you notice that till date i haven't receive
the invoice of the product purchased nor the assured gift of cup and plate set
assured by the sales man at the time of purchase despite reapted assurance by
company representative.
This event too has been brought out in the notice of the company at the copporate
level in perticular, nothing had been done nor any assurances about progressive
steps were taken.
In my opinion this tantamounts to fraudulent practice adopted by the copnamy in
perticular their slaes team who they patronise to adopt such malpractices to realise
sales volume.
I hope that necessary action will be caried for the gross inconvenience caused to me
and suitably compensated with an award of Rs.20,000/-.

Damaged notes from SBI ATM Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Omprakash Madguni, Account number 30660307437, wish to bring that I received a damaged RS. 500 note No. JCD9JJ083 from Banjari, Kolar rd. SBI ATM on 12.6.2011. This was reported in the register provided by the care taker. Till date no action was taken to replace the same. May kindly issue necessary instruction to the concerned branch to replace the damaged note. I further wish to bring that this type of incidents are quite common in the mentioned ATM, may kindly look into it to avoid unnecessary embarrassment to the customers.
Looking forward for your kind and early action in this regard.
