Dear Concerned Authority

I just want to bring to your notice that my father *Sh. B K Sharma*, do have
a Salary account in *SBI* Delhi Branch (Jhandewalan Extn.). His account no
is - *30162096759.*

*He made a transaction with a corporation bank ATM unit at the Jhandewalan
extn with his SBI ATM card, as it was nearer one. The issue is that during
transaction when he got the slip, the withdrawl of *RS- 5000/-* was shown
but no money came out from the ATM machine.

My father informed Jhandewalan extn Branch on the same day about the issue &
also given a written application for the same mentioning all the details
including the time of transaction.

It was told to him that your money will get refunded within 10-15 days after
verification, by the Bank's authorities but till date there is no
information. When contacted to the branch personnel again they are saying
that they don't know how much more time it will take the matter to get
resolved & you continue to check through ATM after every 3-4 days till the
time money gets refunded.

I got shocked to hear such a irresponsible reply from the No-1 Govt. Bank Of
India & it seems that they are thinking that if they will ignore customer
grievances no one can do anything against them.

During this time of almost 2 months we called many a times for the follow up
of the case but no result. We made so many calls to bank but every time they
answered the same that they don't know anything. I want to know if they
don't know abt this then who will help us.

After getting fed up with the bank officials & their irresponsible behaviour
I am writing this mail to you & now I want that with that 5000/-, we should
also be compensate for all precious time that we have invested in making
calls to them & following up the case & also for whatever the
inconvenience & mental harrasment we have beared due to this.

As per RBI guidelines these cases should have been resolved in 15 days time
& it has been almost 2 months passed but no result from SBI.

I request you to look into the issue & get our money refunded with relevant
compensation as soon as possible. I hope you can understand our grievances &
help us out in best possible way.
