All,

This is really regretful,that after several attempts and communications from my side
SBI has failed to verify a simple address of mine...Says a lot about how banks work
in india....(govt supported ofcourse)..plus what they call customer care is fine.

May i know why i have not recieved any update on this and despite the statement not
being send to my adress i have made payments and the bank has penalised me by
applying fines of 384 rs/- for the month of June and july.....

Give me a reason why should i pay you intrest charges when you have not delivered my
renewed card for more than 6 months...i could have taken a balance transfer and
would have saved more than 2-3,000 rs on this.....

A such i would request the bank to look seriously into it and cancel all late
payment fines(as you call it..despite you all not only late but ignorant)..and other
intrest charges levied .....this is an example of outmost ognorance on the behalf of
the bank....send me the statement with updated dues and i will finish th enagagement
with sbi soon....
Mind you if this time its not done....i would take this matter to consumer court and
let see how the bank defends it on the negligence front.I have already asked the
company finance officer to close all accounts with SBI....
