    Default For legal action on KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK,

    I having my account no: 09622090004662( current account)
    name: sajesh kumar sudhanshu
    branch: mumbai - Lokhandwala.
    i withdraw money from my account via ATM Card, i don't know that couple of days kotak mahindra ATM system was failure,( as told by bank). i withdraw money
    from my account. bank called me few days latter and told that due to system failure, money what you withdraw on that days was not deducted by your account.
    i told bank that ok!! i will return back money,give me some time now i don't have. but i don't know what happened to bank people. they complained in police station, police picked me up to amboli police station( my police station comes under versova police station), from morning 10am to 7 pm evening they put me at police station, and giving me pressure to return back bank money, i said same that i don't have now give me some time, but in that pressure i have to issued cheque of that amount, which i on next day made stop payment because i don't have money.
    this happened on 30-06-11.that bank person even don't had their bank id, which i asked to show me. i don't know whether bank hired that people to recover money from me, only one bank man came around 2-3pm, i saw ID which he was carrying. i was so scared that i went to my home town next day only, and lodge a complain on Mumbai police website. and due to this incident i also got heavy loss of money in my business.
