threatining call from HDFC BANK credit card hi
i am HDFC bank card holder due to my illness i didnt able to submitt this month card payment on time which is just RS 700/-
if seen my past record i always do payment on time.
i am getting a abusive and a threatning call from a girl from HDFC bank collection agency the number is 9871201476
though i have mailed the bank on this but havent got any revert..... the lady keep calling non stop in a day atleast 20-40 times.
and giving me mental torture by using words Aukaat nahin hai, to card kyu rakha, 18000 ki shopping kar lete hain aur paise dena aata hai...... bade log aur gatiya baatein i need your help.....
she infact told these things to my husband as well when i was with doctor for my check up and she was calling which has disturbed my married life as well.'
i need justice plz zzzz

Same problem. HDFC agents are the worst. Are they human ? Same complaint. Even worse language.., even abusing religion, names, family.Originally Posted by admin
I am not sure what kind of training these people undergo. Agreed that I'm going through a rough patch, but have a long relationship with the bank, and have been paying my dues regularly. Now too, am trying to cope-up with whatever I can.
But hearing to these disgusting people, and their lower-than-anything language is too much for me and my wife now.
