    Default Icici bank savings account

    Dear Sir,
    I have opened salary account with ICICI bank on 9th july, with Friends colony branch, New Delhi. Then on 20th july I deposited my all amount of money from other bank to ICICI because I wana to use net banking to transfer money to home, as it was very urency, but when I tried for such, I cant transfer my money, after making call to customer care they lode a comlaint and representative told me it will resolve till evning of same day.
    Then I tried on second day also and now they are telling it will take 4 days, so that means it should activate on 23 rd july, but still it has not been activated. Now I dont have money for my own also , I need to borrow from some one else, because i can deposit money in all way, but i cant withdraw the money in any way.

    So kindly take the action soon, so I can access my account.

    Well basically I am from guajarat, and here working in NOIDA, staying at designers park B block sector 62.Is this address is ok or you will require gujarat address? My mail address is anas.f.memon@gmail.com.

    Default Freezing of the Saving Bank Account by ICICI Bank without any reason/ notice /inforam

    Dear Sir,


    I maintain one account no.018201531 with a Balance 58 K with ICICI Bank Nashik Road Branch .All of a suddent without any notice the Bank has freezed the account without any reason/ notice or information since 13.07.09 . I came to know when I operated the accoaunt at ATM on 24.07.09 All request to the Cusomer care / Base Branch have proved futile .

    Kindly protect my valuable interest .

    Unhappy HDFC Cheque Deposited by me in ICICI Nashik Road Branch

    Dear Sir,

    A/C No.-026801528205

    I Sachin E. Somwanshi have Deposited the Cheque No. 042648 of Rs. 15000/- received from LIC of HDFC Bank.

    Cheque was of date 15.10.2009, but I deposit the same on 06.10.2009. After watching the date of cheque, ICICI bank officer told me that you can deposit the cheque now (i.e. on 06.10.09) but it will be processed after 15.10.2009. So I deposited the same.

    But till date the cheque is not processed and I want to know the status and confirmation about by which date it will be get cleared.

    Dear Mr. Somwanshi,

    Pls. send your written complaint to the Branch office, regarding clearance of cheque. If you got no response from them within 10 days, forward your next complaint to the Head Office of the Bank.

    activation is done within a week maximum however you can mail to their customer care and it can be known sir customer care email id must be mentioned on the documents given to you so far

    Default Fraudulent fund transfer from my icici bank saving account

    Dear Sir,

    I here by want to make your attention to the fraudulent fund transferred done from
    my Icici bank saving a/c.

    Details of the a/c is as under
    Saving a/c at ICICI Dombivli branch in name of Mrs. Arundhati bhatkhande.
    A/c no - 008801502410
    Operating since 09-07-2003

    I was shocked to know the fund transferred is being done from a.m. a/c on 02.11.2009
    to the following two ICICI a/c

    1.A/c no 623501533145 in name of Mrs. Shilpa Ganesh Ahire Rs. 51000/- Fort branch
    2.A/c no 102101501441 in name of Mr. Sanjay Yadav Rs. 26000/- koper khairane branch.

    I have kept the balance of Rs, 87491 as of 02.11.2009 to repay my Car loan which
    was drawn thru DNSB bank- which was taken @ 11.5% P.A. for 5 years.

    It is fully ICICI banks responsibility to investigate immediately in this matter and
    make it sure to credit Rs. 77000 with the interest to my a/c from 02.11.2009 till
    the time it gets resolved.

    We being a genuine customer of your bank would appreciate if the matter is being
    investigated on urgent basis and proceedings are done on the high priority.

    Question Opening account with ICICI bank

    I had applied for ICICI b2 account on 05/10/2009 and were told that someone will contact me within 2 working days, At that time I was not aware that ICICI bank works only 2 days in a Calender month!!!!! So a representative of bank was at me on 05/11/2009 after several email communication and collected documents from me. On 08/11/2009 I got message that Some signature were not taken so someone will get back soon so same guy contacted me on 09/11/2009 and collected the same. On 11/11/2009 again I received an email that some documents provided by me were incomplete so have to re-submit them . Someone will get back to me within 2 working days. After contacting Customer care for several times as it is not possible to wait for 1 month aways to get 2 working days of a Bank, I were given a number of Delhi's Manager and asked to contact him so contacted. I thank him for it as he had managed to send someone within 3 days of contacting (I do not mind if I had to make around 10 calls for his kindness). Someone get back to me on 17/11/2009. But my story does not ends here itself.

    My status of submitted documents were not updated for several date so contacted Customer card on 24/11/2009 and then told me it will be updated within 2 days. So after 2 working days on 28/11/2009 (Sorry don't worry it is bank's working day I am not so lucky to get such offer) I had contacted again. So on 30/11/2009 got message that they have received document and will be updated in 7 working days. And I am waiting for ICICI bank's working days so that they can work and My account can be opened.

    dear sir/ madam,

    this is Tejas (a student from pune) i want to open a b2 account with icici bank. But while filling the online application form available on the site, it is asking me for my employer details as mandatory field. but i don't have any employer as i am currently a student.
    is this account for working pros only?
