I lost my debit card on 7-July-2011. We tried to call the toll free number for Canara Bank and also the customer care service in TamilNadu, and block the card before some one misuses it, but we were not able to reach the customer representatives as the lines were busy. We got some number from the customer care representatives which also did not work. Also we tried reaching the local branch in Nanganallur and informed them. But due to the negligance and poor customer service from their side we lost our money of Rs.9000 (approx) before the card was blocked. Now im planning to send a court notice to the bank.
