Charges for account closure I closed my Sr.Citizen mother Mrs Shanta Gupta's account No.24262 on 07.05.05 at PNB Yamuna Nagar and was charged Rs.30.00 on 07.05.05 on a/c of Statement charges whereas no such statement was issued. Please pull and instruct the bank to refund the same as soon as possible.
Problem Faced : Monetary loss and mental agony to Sr Citizen.
