This is Shashank Shekhar Tiwari ,having ICICI bank saving account.
A bank fraud happened with me on 25 Feb 2011 .(4 transactions of 1500/- each). Total fraudulent

transaction amount is Rs 6,000/-. The transaction was done to pay BSNL bill through indiaideas.com.
The bank is repeatedly saying that no fraudulent transaction is possible from the Bank’s internet

banking unless customer share her account and card details.

So far i have visited 5 times branch office in 7 weeks and made numerous calls to their call center.

ICICI bank is not at all cooperating and guiding except saying that you do what you want but we can’t

do anything from our side. So may i request you to kindly look into the matter and help or guide me

to resolve this. Also ensure that bank learn a lesson for becoming irresponsible, unresponsive and

promoter of fraud.


Exactly same type fraud happened with some people (having ICICI bank a/c).



and now bank is not responding and tell that fraud done by you.
what is RBI Doing .please wake up.
