Sir,

a months back i had opened an account in ing-vysya rohini sec-3 m2k market delhi-85
they have taken a cheque of rs. 11000/- for initial and my clients payments of near about 1 lakh. Due to some misshapen in my family that check got bounced and i told to the bank to represent that cheque. After clearing the amount of rs. 11000. They presented other 3 more cheques of rs. 1 lakh to submit in the account and same they submitted and credited in account. But when i went to withdraw the money from account the bank people said that your account get into the auto closed and ask me to open a new account. After a month from my first application they kept around 1 lakh in the bank and harass me.
Sir i have a small business and my money is rotatory so i borrowed 1 lakh on 10% to pay my client. Also i made std calls to bangalore branch so many times and visited so many times to the branch. I could not made any air ticket for my clients because my travel partners are dealing in cash. On 18/06/11 they opened my account. But who will pay the loss of my and my company.
Please help me in that and reimbursed my total loss from the bank.
