Dear Sir/MAM

I am having an account in ABN AMRO Bank from past 3 years, I was shocked when I got
my account file retrieved from the bank, the ABN AMRO bank NOIDA branch has
mentioned all the details of my account wrong at its end.
Bank is not having the form which I submitted to them at time of creating account.
I am unable to withdraw my money from the bank from last 20 days, no one is there to
listen.
From last 20 days mental harassment has been done by ABN AMRO BANK ( NOIDA Branch)
to me.
