Dear Sir,

Most humbly and respectfully I beg to state that I maintain a Salary A/C in HDFC Bank Ltd., Stephen House Branch, Kolkata – 700001 bearing Saving Bank A/C no.00081050338304 in my name, Pramod Kumar Singh.

My salary income for the month of May’2011 was disbursed by my employer which is supposed to be credited in above said saving account on 27.05.2011 for Rs.24,946/-. Although the said amount is reflecting in my saving account but it is not available for withdrawal due to which I am facing huge mental disturbance for failing in committed support to my family .

On enquiry with the Bank Manager/Executives(Mr.Lord Pramanick) I came to know that the Salary amount credited kept on hold by the bank against a disputed out-standing of a credit card of the same bank. I urge the bank Manager/ /Executives(Mr.Lord Pramanick) not to link my salary/saving account with the out-standing of the credit card which is in protest and I am continuously discussing the dispute with the credit card department Executives (Archita Biswas-09330035187, Rupesh Pandey – 09331765077 and Mr. Abhijit Dutta).

The Bank Manger/Executives (Mr.Lord Pramanick) rejected my request and denied to clear the said amount in my account. I also notified the Branch Manger/Executives (Mr.Lord Pramanick) that my salary saving account cannot be without my consent/authorization. The executive, Mr.Lord Pramanick, kept on saying that I should go and discuss to Credit card department.

I, therefore, request your good-self to look into the matter and advice the Bank manger to clear my salary amount so that I can withdraw the same for my monthly expenditure and the same should not be linked with disputed outstanding of credit card which is under protest.
