I had taken a Credit card from CITIBANK and that was cleared in the year 1999. In the Year 2003 August, 14th I had deposited a cheque of Rs. 1.75 lack and i found that a sum of Rs. 91,000/- was deducted as credit card balance with intimating to me.By deducting with out prior intimation and illogical My cheque got bounced for Rs. 1,00,000/- which was issued to the contractor. And my house construction also got delayed.
