SUB: Complaint against RBS for keeping my funds with them & not transferring into my bank saving account-1082713


Sir/Madam,

I , Vandana Gupta, holding a saving account No-1082713 with The Royal Bank of Scotland, G.KI, New Delhi. A Bank of Baroda cheque no-230866 with Rs.19,846 dated 15 dec 2010, has been deposit in my bank on 18yth Dec 2010 and got cleared on 23 Dec 2010. But the bank did not credit this funds in my Saving account and kept with them. There was a name mismatch problem, so I produced all the documents to the bank and bak manager was satisfied with the proofs and given me in written that , my funds will be credited in my account with 3 days.

Its been a 2 + months , but I have not get my funds yet. I had visited bank couple of times (sect-18 Noida branch), but no use. I don’t know what to do, so I am posting my complain overe here and hoping it will be resolved with your help.

Kindly help me in this matter because Bank Departments are unware about the process & they keep on trsfering calls from one Department To OTHER .I want You to help me in getting My Money Back In my Account. Sir I Also requested You To Penalize the bank for such Big Mistake Because Of This My Account Statement & Credibility gets Effected & at last need reversal of late fees & ECS Bouncing Charges.
