This is request you to help me for the solution of my problem with HDFC BANK. I've
sent in many e-mails & made many phone calls during the period of last three months
but they are not taking my problem seriously & still there is no solutioin.



I've again sent in an e-mail to HDFC BANK in this regard & the e-mail matter is
explained below. You can easily understand my problem by reading it.

This is Vijay Kumar. This is to inform you that I'm not Vijay Singh Negi & the
credit card no. 4346772007468472 is of Mr. Vijay Singh Negi & his a/c no. is
00031140046635 & his contact no. is 9990351892. He was my colleague in the company
,i.e. RRB MASTER SECURITIES DELHI LTD. located at H- 72, Connaught Circus, New
Delhi. I have confirmed all this information & have also given u by e-mails & phone
many times, but why are u not understanding the reality.



Please, try to understand my problem. the credit card payment of Rs. 9,414.70 was
wrongly debited on 22/01/2009 in my a/c no. 00031140049418, because the CREDIT CARD
NO.4346772007468472 is not my credit card. THIS CREDIT CARD IS OF MR. VIJAY SINGH
NEGI WHOSE A/C NO. IS 00031140046635.



YOU CAN CHECK ALL THESE INFORMATION BY SENDING ANY PERSON FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT AT
RRB MASTER SECURITIES DELHI LTD., H-72, CONNAUGHT CIRCUS, NEW DELHI.



I've given this information many times, now this is the last time I'm giving you
this information.



Please, take my problem seriously & solve it soon, Otherwise I'll have to take legal
action against you & it will be your responsibility.
