This is to bring your kind notice that I am Ananga Pratap Roy, my HDFC a/c no- 4571050001166 has cheated me by debiting of Rs 6062/- showing as credit card payments. Sir, this month I had sufficient balance to clear ECS (Rs5729) against my personal a/c(16536886 from HDFC). The date for clearance of ECS is 7th of each month. But bank has not cleared the ECS and on 15th Feb 2011 bank intimated that you a/c has been debited of Rs 6062/- against credit card payment.

Secondly, the credit card team always shows unnecessary balance to pay, even they threaten, visit my rented house also. HDFC credit team also sent a HDFC heath policy without taking my signature. When I called for cancellation of the same to credit card division of HDfC than they insisted me to send a written letter to cancel the health policy. Due to this reason I am getting disturbance not only in my professional carrier but also in my personal life. I regularly try to solve this problem through the concerned customer care dept. of HDFC Bank but no single response that I have ever received in this regard. Now i am facing lots of problems in relation to my HDFC saving a/c, even I missed some income sources.
So kindly look into the matter.
