On 15th 10 AM I had deposited 85K in Citi Bank Jayanagar Branch. Whole day I waited till (5.43 PM) amount was displayed under Closing balance and not under withdrawal balance. This money was urgent to me and whole day I could not do the transfer. They blocked the money for whole business day.
Any other banks are not doing this. Can we take action against this? Who gave them rights to block money.
