Respected sir ,
I am Mishreelal Birle retired from central govt. department Border Security Force after complete 21 years of service Wef 31 March 2009 . i was receiving pension from State Bank of India branch Dhakalgaon (Sanawad) dist- khargone MP . my PPO No 240550976242 and Account no 30496827930 at this branch . Now after one year i have deposited my live certificate in the month of nov. 2010 as per pension rules but till date due to careless of branch manager mr. Haldhar and assist Manager Mr. parmar at SBI Branch Dhakalgaon branch till date my pension is blocked last 2-3 month andThey are not interested to do this type of work and hauresed me last 2-3 month .many time i reported at branch office in bank. but my problem is as it is. alsoI have tried 2-3 times at CPPC SBI Branch bhopal centre and ther I connect Manager mr Jain dealing hand of my pension Docs but they return me and told that this will done only by your branch manager by his ID and password .but the branch manager doed not do this . i have seen that he is not interested to do this .return again and again . from last 2month i have not receive my pension and i am suffering bedly finincial hardship for lookafter my family . also in that branch other then me more then 20 pensioners also suffering this problems and They again and again quarrel with branch manager . now at the last i handsup and requesting foe consumer court to solve this case . i hope consumer court will help me to receive my pension as soon as possible.
