Dear ABN Amro team,
I am one of your unhappy customer's. No.of times I have contacted your
local branch and call center(when they had called me) to close my
account with your bank but nobody has taken care of the same.
I received your 1st Document delayed after 3 months after I had applied
for the same.looking at this prompt (?) service I had called Mr.
Abhijeet Deshpande(the person who had walked-in to our office,for his
target completion) to cancel the account.but after that he didn't turned
to me. No. of documents that your call center guys had asked for
confirmation about receipt, I have not yet received.But receiving the
monthly statement regularly. Every time I had asked your call center
executives to close my Account,but till date nothing has been done.
I am very much thankful for your great(?) service since last one
year...
Kindly close my Broking, Demat & Banking Account with immediate effect.
If possible kindly revert. I am pleased to inform you that at least I am not the single person from
my office. There are two more who have been witnessing your great
services.
