this is regarding a Demat account opened by me with SBI, Indira nagar branch, Lucknow.

I opened Demat account with SBI recently with the special offer that 1st year fee of Rs 400 will be waived. But even though my demat account was opened during the period when this offer was running, a fee of Rs 400 has been deducted. Please clarify and refund the same.

The above complain was lodged online at ww.onlinesbi.com on 24.04.2010. I got a reply on 26.04.10 as-- Online Trading Account Opening Charges have been debited from your account. Kindly get in touch with your broker to get more details on the same. We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

I replied on 29.04.10 as--
unable to contact broker as no details are available. also account was opened with online support from bank.

Since then repeated reminders about the same has fallen on deaf ears. Status of the query is showing as--
