It is to bring to your notice that full amount from my a/c was debited by the bank authorities without intimating me. As a customer it is my right that I should receive an intimation, if any transaction is done on the a/c. On 1st June when i checked, my bank a/c was blocked. So i made a payment of Rs.17500 towards the credit card on 5th June thru collection agent. I was promised by the collection agent that settlement will be done. But nobody turned up and to my surprise Rs.20000 was also taken from my bank a/c on 8th June without intimating me. Please help me in getting a resolution to this kind of unethical behaviour from bank's side.
