My salary account no 058801501768 ICICI bank (Chandanagar branch, Hyderabad) is blocked without any prior information when i called customer care, i was told that my salary is not being credited in the account so it is blocked and they asked me to send all identity and address proofs to head office mumbai.

Its been 1 month that I sent all proofs to them, still there is no reply from them and customer service people are not helping me out. I really struggling alot to take my money out from the bank. Please help me out.
