Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I am Dipam Kalita have been facing a problem with ICICI Bank, Vasant Lok, Vasant Vihar Branch, New Delhi. Because of non maintenance my previous salary account (007101538422),ICICI bank has fridge my that account and my balance amount has been stucked with that account. And I went to my nearby branch(Vasant Lok, Vasant Vihar) to open a new account and to transfer the amount which is in my previous account. My new account has been opened within 04 days of my request and till here I was ok..But at the same time when I made the request to open a new account, simultaneously I have requested with all official formalities to the branch to close my previous account and transfer the balance amount in my newly opened account. But it is almost one & half month passed, and I have not received my amount in my new account. Bank manage Mr.Praveen Kathait (9650594086, email ID- praveen.kathait@icicibank.com) has been saying me every day that it will be done shortly..

I really need help from you as I am facing big financial problem because of that amount been blocked unnecessarily for such a long time.

Hope I will get justice very soon.
