Dear Sir ,

Myself small businessman having current account with axisbank karkardooma branch vide account no : 372010200003728. in name of M AND M SHIPPING AGENCIES as a proprietorship concern . I have open the account in 2007 , After open the account within 2 month somebody from nagpur person money credited in our account that amount was Rs 31000/- after that I got call from Axis Bank that time Branch Manager Mr Naveen Jain regarding wrong credit came in our account . After got call same day I had submitted the letter for reverse the enty and debited to our account and credit that person account .But due to that wrong credit by bank blocked my account and after several request since 2007 still unblocked and I am unable to operate the account as well as withdraw my money which is around Rs 14000/- only .Whenever I am contacing with bank and asking about our fault bankers always saying give us 2-3 days . Now present financial position of personally mine is so worse and requested to either unblocked my account as well as close the same , but since 3 years no any sort out come from bank .Whenever even I am asking in written what is problem then also nobody able to reply .

At last I want help from yourside pls advice me what I can do?? why myself suffering problem where no any fault did by me .This is banker's mistake not mine but problem suffering by myself .Now a days even having problem in picking my phone also and it is not possible to visit daily to bank , various time I had visited also but unable to meet respective person Mr Vikrant varma senior manager

Hence you are requested that pls look our request and advice us what action can take or what is the solution of my problem .
