i am having an saving acc in icici bank. at the time of opening a account i got a call from icici bank executive that as i have opened demat acc wid INDIA INFOLINE they are giving me "FREE ZERO BALANCE ACCOUNT" in ICICI BANK. so there sould not be any problem if i maintain low balance. but now after two years i got a message that i have debit balance of Rs.2983 because they have charge me QAB non maintainance charges. wen i went and ask at kharghar branch they told me dat my acc was never zero balance account and they can help me close my account only if i pay them Rs.2983. or contact khar branch. at the time of opening an acc they came at my place and opened my acc and told me that i can do all the transation an any processing at any branch so they should solve this problem at kharghar branch as i stay at kharghar and they have opened my account at khar which is 2 hours away from my house. so please help me with this problem.
