matter resolved by icici bank and for that it took correct one month for icici bank

I therefore request you to look into the matter. The delay in settling the querry is not understood. Please advice me in this regard.

my name is Mohd Mukhtar Alam and my A/C no. is 002101535036 ICICI BANK, GURGAON BRANCH,HARYANA, on 6/02/2010 at about 12:30 pm i went to withdraw money amount Rs 500 from SBI brach in PATNA (BIHAR) from maharaja complex. when i entered amount of Rs 500 , the amount is debited from my account and due to some serever problem i did not receive in cash, so please cheek and refund Rs 500.

Dear Sir/Madam,

23-05-2011 I was going for withdraw the Rs. 10, 000/- from Laxmi Vilas bank ATM at Time tower, MG Road, Gurgaon

When I put my ATM card in ATM Machine and proceed for withdraw of Rs 10, 000/- the ATM Machine indicate "Please wait your transaction is being proceseed", but after some time machine indicated "Your Session is timed out" and finally i can not have recieved any payment from Lakshmi Vilas Bank machine.After that i Checked my balance that time Rs.10, 000/ amount debit from my A/C.

I again put my ATM in ICICI ATM and prceed for Rs. 10, 000/- and i got RS.10, 000/-.

As per the Customer care executive Punjab national bank refund my money with in 12 working day. today is last working day and now they said they will take more time for refunding the money.

Please see the matter and confirm me.
