my father had opened a zero balance trading account in 2008 at icici bank sonipat haryana and
the executive there ask him that your account is zero balance account but after 2 year we got to know
that they have deducted more then 5000 from my father"s account as "QAB" kind of tax .They havnt even send us the statement from last 1and half year and do not even inform us about any "qab"

is it not a fraud .please give us all possible way that how can we get our money back
is there any posiblity to file a case against icici
