Dear gentleman,,

this is to to state that i wanted to open an account with hdfc bank , new friends colony branch, new delhi,,;

the executive told me the opening of account within 7 working days,, but its been over 25 days,, still they are not ready to listen to me.. They always say that my application is in process.. Apart from this i issued them a cheqe of 40 thousand rs..

The manager says to return my application but the executive said he cant do anything.. Kindly advise i want to take legal action this bank as i am badly harrased by them..
