Dear Sir or Madam,

I'm holding saving account in HDFC BANK. I've been dealing very nicely with the same as a genuine customer.
HDFC BANK hold my funds INR 26,153.53/- against my HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD without my permission and on Dated 16th March, 2009 they debited my account without my permission.

And even HDFC collection Executives are calling on odd timings and threatning to put our name in defaulter list and using bad words and illiterate lanugages.

Its a big harrasment for every consumer when BANK works irresponsible and threat consumer to pay off interest charges which is not fair for the genuine customer.

This is a big shame for a genuine customer. They behaving likes GUNDA'S.

When i call HDFC Banking and requested them to CREDIT my amount in to my account. Theysaid its not possible.

Kindly provide me a solution to this, because i really dont know how to action it further.
