Cheque Dishonored ( ICICI Bank ) Dear Sir/Madam,
In order to avoid the dishonor of cheques from my account I had already deposited the sufficient amount from cash envelope on 28-12-08 at 9:45 at ICICI bank branch. I got shocked when I received a SMS alert from ICICI bank that my two Cheques were dishonored Reason just because of Insufficient funds.
But when contacted ICICI Bank customer care they told me that cash deposits through the envolep done will take at least four working hours.
Kindly justify me whose fault is this? The customer care of ICICI told me something and the way they work is totally different, This is a usual problem I have been facing with ICICI Bank.
I want to take up the matter legally…? Please advice me.
