Hi Sir/Madam

I have a salary account with ICICI bank from last (more than) 3 yrs. I have a debit for Rs.6780.00 on my account. I called up the customer service and they are saying that this is the payment for some credit card, I never had any with them. I was on call for 1 and half hour and they kept me on hold. I have not heard anything as yet. I called them on Thursday and the debit also came the same day.

Kindly help and advise.
